Fireflies
My current favorite music is a relative selection of MIDI MUSIC

Currently, at this very mome, I'm liking Metallica, Simon and Garfunkle and Phil Coulter. Yeah, they're about as opposite as each other as you can get.
You're Gonna Go Far, Kid is a great song
My favorite bands are Green Day, My Chemical Romance, The Offspring, and Avenged Sevenfold
Favorite song...I don't have one favorite, I have several, which include:
21 Guns - Green Day
Know Your Enemy - Green Day
Dead! - My Chemical Romance
Bat Country - Avenged Sevenfold
The Kids Aren't Alright - The Offspring
and a couple more songs by these bands that I don't feel like typing up

I like all music, Queen, The Clash, The White Stripes, The Hives, Camera Obscura, Beatles...
I DON'T like metal though.

Oh, i luv that one.
I like a LOT of music... Some examples: melodic death metal such In Flames, Soilwork and All That Remains, Killswitch Engage... Further on: Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Akon, DJ Tiesto, (some) Slipknot, Hoobastank, Foo Fighters, Gorillaz, Coldplay, Nightwish, Billy Talent, Johnny Cash etc etc etc etc etc.
Don't judge melodic death metal!

They say that quality metal has strong resemblence to the classical compositions. I can see similarities in that Paganini was persecuted by the Roman Catholic church for clearly having interactions with Satan, evidenced by his musical skill and its' straying from the more typical music of the times
This is also a great song.
You should totally check it out
Video is a bit weird tho, but great song nonetheless

Rather like that one Dinkkiller - rather sad too tho huh

Okay, serious this time, I found this song a while ago and thought its sound was pretty awesome.
@ dinkkiller:
XD that's a funny song!
@ everyone else (including Dinkkiller):
I like Fireflies, it's calming. And 21 Guns is sorta melancholy.

I don't see Grandma (Was a Racist) as a sad song, I think it's quite funny.
Now, if you want a sad song, this is a sad song...er, video. Anyway, you get the idea.

Yep that was sad but I actually liked the song quite a lot. The racist was sad in a different way, sad people still think like that and that we can do such horrible things to each other and still be able to live with ourselves... thats what I meant by sad

Best. Kiwi. Song. Ever
So very touching. It moves the soul to tears...not that the soul has eyes, so it's more of an emotional sweat.

Fave music again? How about favourite films, or food, or places, or species of rabbit, or...
Anyway. I don't have much music but enjoy listening to most stuff (except metal
). Kaiser Chiefs are good.

well, linkin park songs are so cool..
LP songs are my most favorite, but i can't name just one. Also, we all can't share out favorite movie because some are in another language and isn't translated into other languages, or have themes native to the culture most oeple wouldn't understand.
There are just way too many good movies, Though I love most of the ones with Jason Stathome, particularly "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" and "Snatch". The 2003 "The Italian Job" was absolutely disgraceful and I couldn't enjoy his performance due to how crap the remake was compared to the original.
When it comes to fantasy, LOTR (duh!) and Pan's Labyrinth were both very good. All things Python = +1
Coppola's "Dracula" (1992) was just beautiful: the way vampires were meant to be played!
