I was trying to get started with a series of video tutorials (seeing how RobJ promised this but hasn't gotten around to them yet ) But I'm having trouble recording from both editors.

WinDinkEdit+ flashes white when I try to record it, and DinkEdit.. that's just a nightmare.. fudged up colors recorded in wrong screen size...

Anyone know of a video editor that will properly record in the editor (preferably WinDinkEdit)?

(Btw I'm a noob when it comes to recording software, try not to throw any big terms at me )

You should be able to record it with Camtasia Studio.

That's what has been giving me issues.

Tried recording WinDinkEdit+ with Fraps but the mouse cursor and the highligted square weren't on top of each other. So I wouldn't recommend it.

I looked into SimonK's video tutorials and figured out that he used FrontCam. This appears to work fine for WinDinkEdit aside from the "unregistered frontcam" logo in the corner.

Unregistered watermarks are easilly fixed by purchasing the product. Or using a crack, but we aren't legally allowed to recommend crack to you.
