Awards: January Voting Has Ended
Binrit's D-Mod Dry won the January 2003 Download of the Month award with a hefty 60% of the votes. Binirit also won the December 2002 DOTM (in a tie)... too bad she didn't release any new file in February, it wouldn've been cool to win three DOTM's in a row, but two in a row is cool too.
But the names of the voters do not appear, like the past DOTY. That is bad. 
I'm not surprised that Binirit won it all on January 2002. There were 6 files released in the month of January and 3 of them were from Binirit. So basically she had a 50% chance of winning while the other three had only about 17% chance of winning.
Another useless statistic would be that she would be the first female Dinker to win back to back DOTMs but the current record is at 3 DOTM in a row held by Christiaan.

You can't say that she had 50% chance of winning due to having 3 files, as that does not make sense. If someone released 3 exceptionally bad files, would they have 50% chance of winning?
