i had to big cups of coffee yesterday night....didnt get one bit of sleep ive bin awake watching animal planet and playing mario party DS...toad keeps pwning me....xD

Coffee actually keeps you awake? Huh, I always thought that was just talking. I've been drinking coffee from 2 year old and it has never kept me awake.

Yes, you should. Drinking that much coffee is extremely unhealthy.

Well, I have toned it down a little bit in the past few months. I've been drinking around 7 cups per day. Still should tone it down, though.

i cant drink coffee its nasty as hell but i drink energy drinks like its nothing and im sure that aint any better for you

When people think coffee or anything tastes nasty and disgusting (and it seems most do when tasting it for the first time), how do they ever start using it regularly in the first place?

Because other people will force the stuff down your throat untill you like it. (That's how I got used to beer.)

Bornfree15, glad to hear it kept you awake, that’s how your body should react to caffeine. I drink like 2 cups a day, with milk, so I guess that makes me a squirt.

caffeine makes me sleepy. i'll have a can of Redbull or Monster and i'll be snoozing five minutes later. (and i'm talking about the WHOLE can) just thinking about coffee makes me sleepy!

I used to know someone who always drank strong black coffee (ie 3 spoons coffee 4 spoons sugar) and chain smoked. He also had a very stressful job.

He had a heart attack after a while... I think he's cut it down a little now

I really can't see why people keep worshipping coffee... It's bitter, it smells nasty, and it looks like warmed up coke except the bubbles. What's so great about that?

Coffee is not unhealthy. But it isn't completely healthy aswell.
