Purpose: With this file you can add a duck in your D-mod that will follow orders.

Installation: You have to copy the .d files to the story folder and attach the get-duck.d file to a sprite by using the editor.

Use: While playing, you have to select the item (default: bag of pig feed) and when you press Ctrl a duck appears.

Good: There are several options you can choose from. You can let the duck follow you, make the duck move freely, make the duck freeze, or make it explode. You can set the timer, so it can explode in between 3 and 8 seconds. The duck can explode on its current position or when it is moving. Handy is that you can let the duck explode while he follows you, so you could walk past an enemy and use the duck. You can have as many ducks as you want.

Not so good: I could not get it to work by attaching the script to a sprite, so I made a script and added the line that is also given in the readme.txt. You can have several ducks at the same time, but if they follow you, it seems like one. The duck does not survive a screen change.
Apart from the fact that it is handy to have an extra 'weapon' the duck is only funny for a couple of minutes. The scripts are .d files.

Overall: A add-on that you either like or not.

Fit for: If you are tired of using bombs, try an exploding duck!

keep it real
the idea is cool, but there are some weak points. the seconds are too strange to set for the countdown, the duck doesnt even explode on zero, and there is no explode animation. the duck just dissapears. this could have been a lot better if the author left the scripts in .c or included the source so that an author can modify them. this will probably only be used to authors since it is only three .d files, and how usefull is it if they cant even change it?
