If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I'm also using Plus because the original had an annoying bug. (or perhaps because I'm using Vista). WinDinkEdit worked but when hovering over a sprite you couldn't see which sequence or frame that sprite was on the status bar at the bottom. It would just say 'ready'. In Plus the bug was fixed.
