She died of an unknown cause, not because she drowned? Slipping and/or drowning are propably the most common causes, the classic hairdryer in the water seems to pop up in the news every now and then also. People sometimes die in sauna and in cold water, perhaps it was the sudden change of temperature that caused the death?
