As the tutorial says, my method only works with PSP 4... newer versions of PSP, and all versions of Photoshop (I believe), do not have the ability to load palletes while maintaining indexes.
Anyway, to get Hypersnap DX to work:
1) Start Hypersnap DX
2) Minimize it
3) Start Dink or a D-Mod
4) Press Ctrl-Shift-F when you want to take a screenshot.
5) Tada
