If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
If I remember correctly, win386.swp is a 'swap file', which is created when you run out of RAM, or in some other circumstances. Usually, a swap file is used even when you have more than enough RAM, which defies logic, but I'm sure there is some reason, however nebulous.
Burn some CDs of downloads and such, delete those files off of your hard drive, and all should be well.
