I've been using Micfo for over a year, and they give very very good service and have good quality. I used the paid variant, though, but their free service seems to promise the same as the paid version, sans the support you get from paying, as well as the increased storage space and bandwidth of course. So... since it's free, you can at least give it a try. My testimonial is that they're great.
