It was about -20°C once when I was in New Mexico and it didn't feel that bad. I like cold weather more than hot weather- I REALLY hate how it will get to be 40°C here in the summer, and then it will stay that way until about mid-September. Plus, if your cold, you can always put a jacket on or something - can't do that in hot weather.
