If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
A D-Mod is very much a personal process. If you truly can't think of an adequate story for your D-Mod, don't worry too much about it. Just open up DinkEdit and WinDinkedit and start placing things around, create a world for the story to take place. Place the buildings, create some doors, add some flowers and grass around. Don't worry too much about scripting. Chances are you'll start to automatically come up with a story to fill in the blanks.
And if you're still stuck, do what all writer's do, steal. Think of a good movie, tv show, or book that you've read and try to simplify the plot down to its very core, if possible. There are quite a few stories that boil down to simple 'fetch quests', where the main character is tasked in finding something. Either some potion or elixer, or perhaps finding someone who has been kidnapped.
But truly, the story is one of the least important aspects of a D-Mod (IMHO). If you can get the other stuff right, the story doesn't really matter ... look at D-Mods like the Quest for Cheese.
