Most peer-to-peer filesharing programs and download managers have spyware. Practically all unwanted pop-ups asking you if you'd like to install something lead you straight to spyware, as well.

It would probably be easier to tell you what doesn't have spyware.. GetRight is a good download manager without spyware, and WinMX does a decent job for p2p while including no spyware whatsoever.

But if there is one program you should definitely avoid at all costs, it's Kazaa...
