An introduction to dmod scripting is an essential read. For the rest, you have a nice DinkC reference on the web, the forum, and you can always download QfG and check source code for it.
If you're already familiar with C (or any language for that matter), DinkC should be a breeze, aside from a few (many, many) quirks.
