That doesn't sound right. How does the tempature of the water affect a power plant?

The tempature here in the southwest part of the US is well over 100 every day for the past couple months and before that it was in the 90.s. This is normal weather for us every year. I never realized so many countries could not adjust to heat that well till reading about those people who died in France and other places and after reading all your comments. Beware: Heatstroke will kill you before you know you got it. Kyle, get out of that room under the eaves. Heatstroke will scramble your brains. Maybe it won't affect you, tho----just kidding! Everyone teases you so much, I couldn't resist.
