I put together Chapter 1 (1998) into a word document (using a valid book size, margins, and the like), and I would appreciate any feedback you folks might provide. This would be the interior of the book (the cover will be done separately).

Here's my current thoughts on things I'd like to improve:
- Make Table of Contents look better.
- Pointless has a lot of empty space on its last page.
- Gray box appears on Page 14 in wrong spot (doesn't show up in Word, just in PDF).
- Pages 45 and 46 don't have a chapter title in their footer.
