If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You can do that with Windinkedit Plus 2 under the tools dropdown. Not sure about previous version, though.
Also, if you're looking for the .c scripts for the original game, they're already available for download I think, but they are also in develop which I have located here - C:\Program Files\Dink Smallwood\develop\source.zip
