If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I guess maybe the idea was you'd access it through a tunnel, but Seth never put the built other end. Anyway it's not possible to get there without cheating. You might also have noticed that the potion isn't scripted (it doesn't bounce), the chest and stairs don't do anything either.
