That is something that Valve MUST learn from it. Some Steam users hate the fact that, once it's for a limited day, they won't make it.

I don't think I've ever bothered with free weekend stuff. I don't like how it creeps into my library and clutters it with what are pretty much ads. I should probably sort them all into categories again to avoid it, but I am not doing that manually again.
