Yes! It was such an occassion that I saved a screenshot of it. I'm used to getting those things in my email, but it's new to see that on TDN. (I hope this isn't a sign of things to come)
If you're really curious, you might as well reply to it and sate your curiousity. Just don't give any personal details, because it is a scam, and whenever some poor fool is actually gullible enough to buy into it, they will tell you to send them money.
In other words, it's kind of like Tal or SabreTrout. I forget which. I'm sure one of them will tell you to send them money if you talk to them.
