If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The part in the back where the battery goes, and which you use to rotate the hands (don't know what that part of a clock is called) was very loose, but I managed to press it back into place. Then it was a struggle to get the battery in, and when I finally did, the hands just went back and forward, as if the battery had run out. But that isn't the case, since I tried multiple batteries and each of them worked on my other clock.
