I like all sorts of movies, if they're done well. This one definitely had gore, but not as much as I expected, considering they were trying to show off the 3D. I went in with very low expectations, but as I said, it positively surprised me. Liked that it actually had a storyline, and that it wasn't just about a plain evil, unbeatable murderer. The early scenes also had very awesome throwbacks to the original '74 film, that'll surely spark some nostalgia to those who saw it back then. Have to say it turned out to probably be my favourite Lionsgate horror film thus far.
