I agree with you more or less, but I'd just like to add some changes...
Give him money ('es' is strange, it means 'the', literal it would be: Give the to him money)
I know German, but is very insecure about it.. still I would assume this to be "Give him your money". But I'm not sure, as I said.
And as far as I'm concerned, "es" usually means "it", like "Es ist ein Auto" - "It's a car".

everone is probably "everyone", as this person did not know enough German to write "alle".
So I think the sentence is "That is what everyone (wants?) otherwise/changed"
