I think there have been a few members come here after playing the iPhone version, but not all that many. How long will the community last? That's a difficult question. 
I don't think people will completely lose interest in playing Dink and dmods for a long time; retro games are cherished and appreciated more every day, so logically Dink will just keep getting better and better like a fine wine.
If redink1 (the webmaster) suddenly stops paying for this site, though, I think that could be a deathblow for the Dink community at large. Would anyone set up a new site and gather all the dmods there, and then keep it online for decades?
