Nope, PC is superior to all consoles, handheld or not. Sure some games may exist for consoles too, but they're way more expensive and locked to a console. Steam allows you to play the game on any computer around the world. I'm a gamer like the majority and I both agree and disagree with what you wrote there. If it weren't for gamers, Atari would still make pong and that's what I call a game to play on rainy days... and you can't avoid the fact that the world is computeralized (lol) nowadays and no living soul haven't used or seen a computer since the 90's. Everyone plays games all the time, everywhere! Change your view on addicts cuz everyone got a computer with them nowadays in the form of a smart/cell phone with games! 
Since the PC is highly customizable if you compare it to a console, you can fill up to a bajillion games on a PC, without the need for discs etc. etc. as you would on a console. That may not apply to consoles with a HDD.
