WDE+ is an updated version of WDE so that'll be better, though I think it missed out a minor feature or two of WDE.
Between DinkEdit and WDE+ it really just comes down to personal preference.
DinkEdit uses the keyboard and can be quicker but has a steeper learning curve (eg, memorising the keys) whereas WDE+ is much more intuitive, easier to learn and mainly uses the mouse.
I use WDE+, never really tried DE properly.
