Erm... not sure if there's an easy way on a Mac (Dink for Mac is pretty new plus I don't use one
) but here's how to do it manually:
A .dmod file is really a .tar.bz2 file which can be uncompressed like a zip file, not sure how again on Mac though!
Once you have the opened folder (called "cc2" for Cloud Castle 2 for example) then put it in the "dmods" directory inside "Dink Smallwood HD" and it should show up in-game.
Hopefully it works similarly in Mac to how it does in Windows
