That'd be my idea too. If you can simply ask to be interviewed I am afraid I'll only get some standard questions instead of some questions specific for me. A proper interview asks specific questions, so the interviewer needs to be interested in asking questions to the person being interviewed. I think the incentive should be with the person doing the interviews.

I don't mind being interviewed, but Skull (or whoever does the interviews) needs to have some interesting questions...
