Ah, I think men and women are dang equal... For example.
There's this British comedy series called Black Adder, and in Black Adder II (Part I episode "Bells"), the Nurse is telling the Queen that she was "almost a boy."
Nurse: "You know you were almost a boy."
Queen: "I was?"
Nurse: "Yes. Out you popped from your mommy’s tumkin, and everyone shouted, 'It's a boy! It's a boy!' But then someone said, 'But it hasn’t got a winkle.' And then I said, 'A boy without a winkle? Saints be praised, it's a miracle! A boy without a winkle!' And then someone pointed out a boy without a winkle is a girl, and then I said—"
Queen: "Shut up."
Anyways, I figured that pretty much summed it up... not to say I'm an advocate of Aristotle's "unfinished man" theory or anything.
Or maybe it was just a good excuse to post quotes from British comedies nobody's ever heard of.
