Am I correct in thinking MIDI packs are no longer accepted for uploading to the DN?
Custom-made midi packs are more than welcome, other than that, not allowed so far as I know. Packs like the "16 best midi" or "374 midis" for example, would not be allowed.
Of course, nothing stops you from hosting such a MIDI pack elsewhere and telling people about it.
So if we make our own MIDIs, we are allowed to upload them? Awesome!
