Which one? If you downloaded the standard cheat, the ultimate cheat, try pasting the key67 file into the story folder of the dmod you want to use. Tell me if you don't understand that.

Anyway, just unzip the ultimate cheat in the dinkdir\dink\story directory... and run any Dmod to get the desired effect.
