Dear Redink1 and other Dink Network staff, I have read on the dink board that I have opened another account on my computer wthi the nickname Lucifer. That is correct and in the same time not. My friend has been on my computer and has posted «I love Christmas post». When I got the E-mail form WC regarding my «CHINESE MENU» I've decided tho stop swearing. My friend Lucifer does not represent my opinion of people regardles of Race, Nation or Political believs. Secondly Wc has violated the Banning thing and I quote: «* Posting personal information about someone else that they do not want public. I.E. imacrazyguy's age.» Wc has told everybody that I'm from Croatia. That means that he(that he or one more other Dink Network staff members) is spying from other users their IP's or even more.
And about the racial comment. As someone knows those posts are song lyrics from Southpark a comedy show. So if someone judges Lucifer and in the meantime watches Southpark should judge himself. I think Redink1 is right some things must be banned. This is a dink board and you should just post dink stuff or non-dink stuff without swearing or something. To insult other races or religions in a cartoon is not so ofending like to tell this in your face. I mean you Americans should judge yourself. In your country racism like the KKK o Neonazism is allowed and your not doing anything against it. I know that in your constitucion there is guaranteed the freadom of speech but some things should be banned.

Wow...i haven't been following this whole immature flame war, i'll just leave you kids to do as you wish, but honestly, that was one of the stupidest posts i've ever seen, and just thought i'd tell you before redink got rid of it
I don't consider what country you live in to be 'personal', but if I did offend you am I sorry on that. The reason that rule was put up was because people were posting information about people so that the person would get picked on, and mostly to tick people off. This was not my intentions, but rather to make a point by defending you stating that you and lucifer may not be the same person, but yet using the same ISP in croatia.
As far as IP's go, we do log Ip's, and only for the reason that if anything (such as people accusing people of having two accounts) comes up, we have physical proof of the truth. This is not only a protection for the people who don't break the rules, but also a defense for the site if we ever have to do the horrible deed of banning someone. With the IP's we can see if anyone else but the trouble maker will be banned and we can fore see these problems. Anyways, IP's aren't personal information, anyone that is on the internet can have their Ip checked, it is not against any laws, nor is it a violation of anyones privacy, these are the ways of the net.

Yeah, if you haven't been following common sense and installed either a hardware or a software firewall, yeah. IP Spoofing is just ridicolous, and by all means, it should be illegal (and I think it is), say you do something illegal with a spoofed IP that actually belongs to someone else. Then what? He will be the one charged for the crime. Brilliant, eh? More examples can be found by searching for "ip spoofing" if you care.
