I know this is a new dmod, but has anyone found the meat market yet? Those woods are tricky, to say the least. Also: I know I'm supposed to get steak + bread +cheese(?)+ wine(?),is that right?

I found it but I couldn't for the life of me tell you how to get there. Just keep on looking. The good news is once you work your way through the bridge west of the village is open. Steak, wine, potatoes, cake. I think I finished it but it doesn't end at the picnic so I'm not positive. Nice dmod

I found the market! What I did was to go between trees before entering forrest(I went off screen, and worked my way up), I had to buy mutton, not steak, and after I left the shop, I was in a new part of the game.IS THIS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN? Also the veggie salesman talked once, but I couldn't get any potatos! I was continuing on without saving my game and had to stop. Someone else had to use the machine. I'll try again later, but I'd like to know if this is the RIGHT PROCEEDURE?

Sounds right to me. You have to get the wine before you can get the potatoes. You will meet a girl that will give you a clue as to where to find the wine. I don't know if you have to talk to her first or not but I did.

Yeah; As it turned out I came across the wine shop first! I'm glad to hear that I'm doing the rest right!

I'm stuck again. I got the potatos, and someone stole my meat! I've wandered the whole area, and can't find where to get a cake, and replace my theft. I'm at a point where I can't go south anymore. I could and did go back to my village, but that didn't do anything. Where to now?

I checked the area out but didn't find anything. I know you can walk behind the rocks on the right side, but that's all. What am I supposed to be looking for?

There should be a LARGE bonca that runs through and kills a slayer on the right (east). Once that happens examine the slayer and you'll get some meat.

Yo, Lance. If you found a way to get to the meat market without going through the maze, I'm sorry. I checked and checked again and didn't think I left any gaps. Anyway, you missed a crucial part of the game and cannot finish it. Gotta have the sword, ya know.

Hey, I went through the maze so many times, I could do it blindfolded, I just never found the meat market in it! But, I did find Jack Nicolson, so I was able to get my sword out of hawk! Where can I buy a cake?

Please disreguard the message before this one. I went to where the sign is and waited, but nothing happens. If I didn't find the meat market the correct way, would that interfere? And, if so, then where and how DO I get to the meat market. Like I said--I spent HOURS in that maze, and couldn't locate it. I don't want to give up on this dmod that easily I'm bugged now! Please respond. Thanx.

The meat market isn't inside the maze itself, it's just after you come out. Try looking right at the top of the map - you can probably get to it from the other side even if you haven't finished the maze.

Cake's in the fairground near the village.

Dunno about the sign but it's probably cos you never got the mutton...

Your both right, (I HOPE), The enterance to the area with the meat market IS outside of the maze! I had a hard time finding it; to be honest, I didn't think this was the way to go at first, but I spent so much time IN the maze that I figured "what the hell!" I got my mutton stolen while getting potatos. I guess it's supposed to happen?!

So, after the meat market, which I seemed to find easily, how did you get passed the git on the bridge? He has killed me so many times I am a mere shaddow of my former self.

Cross the bridge before he does and throw your big balls at him from across the water.

That sounds weird! I didn't have any trouble killing him?! Are you using bowling balls? That should work!

No cake in the fairground that I could see. I'd like to know the solution to that one, because it's driving me batty. I have everything else.

If you're too short on time to download 650kb and try it, why are you playing dink at all?

Cuz, I download Like 30 D-mods at a time, burn it to a CD then play it on my PC in my Room, but I am out of CD's and I just wanted to know if it was worth it.

What, you don't have a memorystick? Burning everything you download is kind of inefficient...

Pro: you have everything backed up immediately.
Con: costs CD-Rs, after a while you'll probably have heaps of CD-Rs, and memory sticks are just plain easier, smaller and rewritable.
