The Dink Network

i'm stuck in this quest the peter quest when i go to the place he told me i try to go to any direction but i can't it told me that if i go to that way the ARCHER will see me . does any one know what should i do here?
i want to mention somthing i am in level 17 and i got all the weapons
and i got a bow and in this time of the game the king want to send me to destroy the machine that create scorpions so is there any problem if i solve the peter quest first?
i wrote all of this just to making sure that everyone can understand what i want .

You can go West at the top of the screen and then go into the tower and kill everyone.
