How to I get to the island west of Windemere in the original game?

Aside from cheating, you can't. I have heard rumors that it was supposed to be the location for Port Town, but that RTSoft never got around to that part.

Awww... but you can get to the beach "island", where the uber-flame bow resides...

I assume he meant the island east of Windemere.. but yeah, the Strikerness still stands.

I would simply paste the screens for that island from Dinky Dimensions 2 if I wanted to go to that island . End Statement.
