Hello, I am hoping someone can advise...

I'm stuck as a goblin searching for chopped tree after 2nd appearance of the priest telling that to learn goblin language for 2 months' worth you need to find a chopped tree.
I am not sure if I found it, or if I have what looks like it, don't know what to do or activate if needed...

You don't have to do anything with it. You need to look near the place where the chopped tree is. So in this case it means that you need to walk further east.

And it just looks like a dead log... no 'axe in a treestump' or anything.

That would be too obvious....

Well... I found it frustrating when I played the game... I hardly think a rotting log is equivalent to a chopped down tree! I did find it without help, admittedly, but only once I'd wandered around for a while...

There was actually a treestump next to it! Should I have made it any easier? I was actually planning to have just the passage through the trees and no tree, but I thought that would be slightly too hard...

I don't like it when clues are too obvious, one should get stuck in a DMOD once or twice... Any easier and you can play this DMOD while sending your brain on holiday.

True, true... and I didn't realise there was a treestump... clearly not paying enough attention!
