Calling all Dink Authors, need help.
I think I found a brand new bug in the Dink Engine. (
H J
Y!) Or it may not be quite new but I think I'm the frist to pin it down.
Bug:
If you enter a screen by way of scripted warp (not a warp property warp) anything set to editor type 6 (eg, a killed monster) will never come back.
Now the help part, I'd really prefer not to give up scripted warps into rooms with monsters, and I've used editor type 6 for NPCs who leave for "a while" as well, which could mean even worse problems. So, try and help me find a work-around if you can think of anything to try.

That is quite...quite interesting...
I'll have to test it later.. I haven't really done anything in dink for a while, it would give me something to do..but yes, that would screw me also (assuming i do anything later) ....

Does the bug happen when using editor_type 7 and 8 as well?

I was writting a engine made out of scripts for GHBH once and I had that probablem..I though I just scripted like s**t. Anyways, yeah, the only way I found around it was to control all the monsters by scripts and test everything using certian global varibles (a real pain in my arse).

She send me to script by mail, but they don't seem to work when I test them. I haven't been able to figure out why.
