How do i get in? kill the guard? thats really repetetive... but is that how?

Ummm do you have any tips on how to get 1000 dollars? FAST? FOR THE BOW? i read the walkthrough but i cant get the money!
nuh... and they're gold pieces. boncas generally give the most gold, I wouldn't advise going against slayers with a sword.
