Number 1 and 3 are common knowledge.

2 is false, unless you believe all rumors are inherently true. 3 is probably a bit disappointing, because the naked woman portion you speak of (from the Avengers) is no longer in the movie, and it was only on for a frame or two.
And I've seen pictures of the frames that they consider 'sex' to be in. It's quite laughable. It's as if they are saying that the word is in there first, and then trying to find proof. It's quite pathetic, and makes me laugh.
Ohhh, I remember the song in number 2 now. The woman screaming had hot wax spilt on her or something while recording
