I haven't been able to find all thirteen feathers. Any suggestions?

some of them are really hard to find. go to each screen, one at a time, and look the the screen carefully, you will find them all.

There is one that is almost impossible to find that is to the far east, within a few screens of a blocked bridge. I played SOB twice and had trouble finding that one both times.

WC's right, also be sure to walk behind and look closely around all those crystal type thingys.
