*whimper* dink has issues...
Whenever I start up Dink or a dmod, it'll run fine for about ten minutes and then crash- not just the game, but the whole computer>
. It restarts. I can't figure out why, but it happens no matter what dmod I play. But it doesnt happen with anything else. Only dink. Anybody have *any* idea what the heck is going on? Please? I'll give you a cookie...

Anywho, mine does weird stuff too, like crashes randomly, but nothing that bad. I suggest sueing Seth, or buy a baseball bat.

I upgraded to Windows 2000 half a month before that, but I was able to play dink for that half a month. Other than that the only thing I've added has been an additional hard drive.

Well, just general ideas but, try reinstalling, firstout the patch, then with. Or try killing some background tasks.

I have experienced similar problems. I think it is related to the MIDI music in some way. It restarts very often with the midi in the FIAT catacombs. :-S

Ah, a very fine soundcard for playing midis. I know from experience. Though, in the several years that I had mine, it never had any Dink related problems.
My new card is a Soundblaster Audigy, which *can* make midis sound even better than my 128 PCI once you find some soundfonts for it.
