Do you have to create a dir.ff for every subfolder?

If you mean what I think you mean, then your Suicidal Panda graphics must be in their own dir.ff file and in their own folder in your graphics directory. Placing your Suicidal Panda graphics in the same .ff file/folder as your Purple Politician is not advisable.

weird... can't get that badboy to work anyway... I think it has something to do with the fact that I accidentally have some of the .bmps as 24-bit instead of 256-color.

Make sure you either use your own homemade FF maker, or use the one conviently provided by redink. Do not use Seth's.

yeah, I'm using Redink's. It makes the dir.ff files but then it wont play... oh well, the compression isn't too great anyways, although I've heard it improves load times.

Stupid microsoft. I can't change bit-depth by right clicking... or batch process the suckers.

Try Irfanview for batch conversions. Very veratile and compact.
