uh, it's not about the gore. The thought about this happening daily to get YOU your meat. Doesn't that do anything with you? 
That is pretty disgusting, but do you really think that if everyone stopped eating meat it would stop? I think it would be more like lots of wasted meat from disgustingly slaughtered animals. If you really want to do something, try to get laws passed on how animals are raised and slaughtered.
There have also been tests done to plants showing they have reactions to violent deaths.( feelings without thoughts?) What I get from it all is that I feel gratfull for all I eat. Plant or animal.

I feel bad for the animals getting hit for some reason...and the caged confinement is lame. I prefer free-range animal meat.
