antivirus
What programme would you recommend for the best virus protection?
I got Norton but it kinda annoys me when it needs to be updated, sometimes it has bugs, but it's a good virus scan, not free though
I recommend Norton antivirus 2004, or Norman virus control. they are the best ones. if you have them fully updated
Panda sucks. have ya heard of avg antivirus??
So?? Panda sucks anyway.
AVG Anti Virus,is what I use and it's FREE!!

AVG is great for freeware. I use Mcaffee, after having this for 4 years, they still give me free updates. Norton stuff is everywhere, but I havn't been too impressed with any of it. After all this I have had only 1 virus. I think all the punks making viruses got jobs in internet advertising. Spam.....Popup.... trojan spyware ect....
I end up using Adaware far more than the viruscanner.

Norton works realy well, the interface is realy good, but because of updating issues most who buy it eventually end up using something else.
As for thier utilities suite....

yeah, my updater doesn't work anymore since i switched to cable modem. every time i try to update now, i get this message that tells me it can't find the dial-up connection, and i'm really not sure how to set it to something else. anyone have any ideas?
Make sure that you connected to the internett
i'm always connected to the internet through cable. duh.
Pah! You should just take viruses like a man, and let them wipe out everything on your computer. Oh... wait... that's a stoopid idea!
