about lurkers
When the names of people who are on the board appear at the top of one page but then you click on one of the catergories and a different name shows up, does that mean that there are only those people on that particular page at that time? EX: main page with say alli and skye listed as lurkers--click on off-topic--now there's redink and christian listed.

What might be happening is you might see a cached page at first, where your computer didn't actually contact the server before displaying the page. Hitting refresh might work, but sometimes Internet Explorer is quite fussy.
Is a cached page where you connect to a site, mess around, go to a link or something, come back to original page that has new info but you would still see the old info?
