alright, i had a rant with planetside, and im gonna have one with comast *high speed internet cable* high speed... yeah right! around 9 pm every single day my bandwidth lowers to the amount of dial up. is there any explanation for this besides comcast sucks?
At least you don't have dialup... my connection speed is 26.4 kbps, max. On a good day. 
I've got you beat for slowest dial-up connection: 21.6. It sucks big time! People who were supposed to know told me to get an external modem so that's what I did. My before connection was 28. @#$@#%$#
But I live on a dirt road back in a canyon area so I'm lucky I get anything. I drive 10 miles into the city to get to work. It's beautiful out here tho. Got my own backyard creek and built on a hill where I can see for miles and miles. (just one direction) Tal's countryside is gorgeous.

13?! Ack! that's awful! I'm sorry. I'll bite Comcast for you.
