HOLD ON A SECOND
Note that this music was ripped from the latest version of the Dink Smallwood CD, and does not include the copyright-infringing tracks that were included on early releases of Dink Smallwood.
SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THERE WAS DIFFERENT MUSIC IN EARLIER VERSIONS?! IS THERE A WAY TO FIND THEM?

They were probably in a beta release or just an inside joke by the developers (Probably This). You could email Seth to try and find out

No, there was a copyright claim made by someone against RTSoft that I always assumed turned out to be fraudulent or illegitimate. It's one of the lesser-known facets of Dink history and I have never been completely clear on the details.
From what I recall, the copyright claim was legit. One of Seth's acquaintances (maybe a sister?) recorded the music, but due to a misunderstanding (Seth thought she had composed, performed, and recorded the music, but she actually used someone else's composition) they violated the original composer's copyright.
