Hello, I would have one general suggestion for the Webmasters/Moderators: it would be great if the users could attach/include screenshots to their reviews. It would make much easier to point out many things, such as hardness errors for example.

I don't know if I agree with that. I don't think reviews really need to be all that descriptive. Reviews are normally only read by people who haven't played the game yet, or the author of the game. So I think if you write the review thinking that your target audience will be people who haven't played the game before you'll probably only need to answer one question:

Is this game good or bad?
This question will generally get answered if you decide to cover the plot, audio, map design, game play, etc.

You can cover all this without getting too specific anything though. If you get too specific you might spoil it for someone who's thinking about playing it.

If you want to point out hardness errors you can create a bug-post about it, or let the author know. In the review though, you shouldn't need to say "there are hardness errors on the left side of the house on screen 476". Just say there are hardness errors that hurt the game's overall play-ability or something.

I'm pretty sure I'm worth atleast SIX goats...
Once again leppy spits truth.

Yeah dude its best just to contact the author directly about any huge/game breaking bugs.

It's also generally good practice to do so before writing a review, giving the author time to fix said bug so you can rate it properly.

Good point! Many of us would prefer a chance to respond to and fix any substantial issues before they become something that detracts from the overall rating.
