Well that's all explained in the book of Wageet, it goes over how when you talk to the butterfly people of Awilem, you can learn the secrets of true madness. Though the author of the book validated his sources by slapping people with what was thought to be a fish, and after he kept saying his name was not and is Skurn backwards and upside down. Now if you'll meditate now, you can find your own inner saneness, and then squash it with a cantaloupe because the berry people said so.

Do not speak such blasphemy child, Skurn is the one true lord of madness, he is the one who can guide us into the wall of life and get us to chew on our own hands without worry. With him, we may all relish in the thought of not thinking that we have thoughts of thinking. Because of him, homes for our kind have been established where we can have free jackets and be able to sleep wherever we want in our own room. (To be honest, I love Lovecraft though, mainly the Colour out of Space)

(I love that DLC the most, then it would have to be Fighter's Stronghold or so)

As shown by our lord, he admits he managed to re-conquer the isles of madness while he had his own eyes sewn together with silly putty. Even while he was making love to the controller so we may be blessed with more spawn of insanity. There are no others who could possibly take on such a task, especially while eating a PBJ coated in Razor blades and catnip.
