Things to do in games after you finish them.

So about 2 days ago I finished Oblivion(The Elder Scrolls) and now I'm trying to think if I can do some more stuff in it . I tried playing the expansions but I wasn't in the mood.I'm now filling the game with mods.
In any case, I just want to ask you: What do you like to do in open-world games after you finish them? (knowing you can still play them after you finished them)

And of course, you can give examples, recommendations, etc.

Generally nothing because I try to do everything before beating the game. I'm one of *those* people.

I'm pretty much done with a game if I finish the main storyline. It's probably why I haven't *finished* a lot of games.

So you're a *completionist*, Leprochaun? That's pretty *amazing.* I'm more of a *just-see-how-well-you-do-and-go-back-if-the-game-was-fun-enough* person *myself.* But *it's* pretty cool either *way*, I *guess.*

I also tend to lose interest after finishing the main story/stories. I usually leave the main quest open at one point or another, and do everything else first.

Shivering Isles for Oblivion is a very good expansion, though. You're missing out if you don't play that one. Knights of the Nine, on the other hand, not so much.

Hmm. I think Oblivion's the only one where it's not fully open world. In Morrowind, you can do whatever you want and complete the main quest in whatever way you want right from the start.

In Don't Buyrim, you have to at least get dragons to show up if you want to be harassed by them every 6 seconds but not have them land most of the time. Also, the bone armour that you won't make for several eras.

In Oblivion, you have to play through the horrendous main quest to get as many gates to spawn as you can. If you want to raid the Deadlands often for shit and sigil stones, you have to suffer some of the worst writing and voice acting in existence for more random ones to show up.

But after finishing them? They're all the same. Either mod it until it breaks or just close it for some period of time because the side quests are mostly worthless.
